"Cygnus is a star system that many do not hear about. Nope. Everyone is wrapped up in being the best of the best, which they think are the Lyrans, Arcturians. Angels, and Pleiadians. All of them are awesome, because they are all expansions of the teachings there. Cygnus is a difficult energy to be around. I mean, they are just so full of class, it is unbelievable. I do not know why, and this is not a stereotype or anything, just experience, but I have read alot of people with Asian ethinicity, or hispanic, that have incarnated from there. I believe it is because they have harder lives sometimes depending on the region they are born into, and Cygnians, being so smart, wanted to chose a life that really taught them the hard knocks. Cygnus is a beautiful place, regal in every way. They have a fine taste, and gravitate towards the arts, fine wines, fancy dinners, and expensive fashion. They love the high life. However, they most always start from the bottom, to get back up to the top, where they were before coming here."

"These are aquatic beings who’s home planet Iarga resides in the system of Cygnus, 10 light years from earth. This race is benevolent and members of the Galactic Federation and their civilization is a couple thousand years ahead of us. They have made contact with select people, one of those who went public with their story was a Dutch man named Stefan Danaerde who made contact with these beings in the late 60’s. The Iargans developed from a life-form which probably never existed on earth, a sort of giant otter (oter) which could walk on four: legs and which, when swimming, held their two back legs pressed against each other, the whole body in a waving movement like a dolphin. The wide webbed ‘feet’ functioned as a tail and the front legs were folded against the body so that the webbed ‘hands’ worked as front fins. They were very fast swimmers which could glide, but could also walk on land. From this line of evolution the Iargan race eventually developed. They still swim in exactly the same way but they walk upright and have developed much stronger arms. In their faces one can still recognize something of the otter-type."
